Abstract: Laser marking technology as a new and high technology for the inline marking, it is widely used in many industries after few years developed, such as food package, bottles, medicine box, plastic package, woods, all kinds of extrusion industry, electric cables etc.

Along with the extrusion technology developing, multi pipe extruder for smaller diameter pvc pipe become the main extruder in the market. Before laser marking machine, the pipe factory uses inkjet printer to marking message on the pipe. Because of PVC pipe workshop temperature is high and dusty, it is not friendly to inkjet printer, it will cause printer head blocked, more daily maintenances. At the same time, the extruder should stop working if inkjet printer has any trouble.

CYCJET Laser marking machine have been designed based on our years of experience in inline marking area, the laser printer could print message on 2 pipe & 4 pipe extruder production line, thanks to the high speed computer, software and hardware, PLC, the machine could running fast and catch different extrusion condition.
